DeLOR , CHAIRMAN <br /> LESLIE M. GREIGr VICE CHAIRMAN <br /> KENNETH A, PORTER, CLERK <br /> DAVID A. BAILEY, DIRECTOR of ASSESSING <br /> The regular meeting was called to order by chairman DeLory <br /> at 6 : 07 p.m. <br /> MINUTES of THE MEETINGS: <br /> Minutes of The Me eting of June 12 , 1995 <br /> Kenneth Porter referred to Page 4 , Upcoming Ca2e . .Assessors„ <br /> Summer Conference; he inquired if David Bailey had attended the <br /> Patr1ot Properties demonstration of Its new computer system. Mr. <br /> Bailey stated that he did attend, and it was very interesting. <br /> He explained that the demonstration held during the Spring was <br /> more comprehensive . * . he was unable to attend, but M , Susan <br /> Collura and Mr. Stege Fererria did attend. <br /> Chairman DeLory referred to Pace 2 , Update on Progress o <br /> Upcoming Revaluation, Paragraph 5 ; he inquired if David Bailey <br /> had worked on the probable rise of 1 in the construction costs. <br /> Mr. Bailey informed that in the Revaluation Process at present, <br /> all of the base rates have been raised by about 10% , and a few <br /> have been raised a - little more. Contemporaries have been raised <br /> almost 20% . Based on the Sales , it was obvious this style was <br /> coming in quite a bit lower than other styles . This chance has <br /> not been finalized, but It appears it will remain as such. <br /> Kenneth Porter referred to Rade 5 , Data Collector ' s <br /> Progress ; he explaiend that he has not had a chance to go out <br /> with the neer Listor to shove hip the Popponesset area and would <br /> still. life � to go out with hien. David Bailey informed that the <br /> Liston is working the area and is familiarizing himself with it. <br /> He expressed opinion that it would be helpful if Mr. Porter did <br /> go around with the Listor and gave him his insight on the <br /> Popponesset area. Short discussion followed. Mr . Bailey stated <br /> that if there are any concerns , he will be going out with the <br /> Listor when the Revaluation gets to the critical stage. <br /> I <br />
