Upon question from <br /> Kenneth Porter concerning how many properties are for sale , Mr. <br /> Bailey informed that there are only about four buildings there; <br /> perhaps there are fire parcels for sale. Chairman DeLory pointed <br /> out that the traffic coming on to Cape is a detriment. David <br /> Bailey agreed- he stated that the property is simply not <br /> desirable. Lengthy discussion followed. Mr. Bailey expressed <br /> opinion that at reduced prices, the Industrial Park could be <br /> filled up with anything . . . like mini storage areas . . . which <br /> sloes not do anything for mashpee. All expressed agreement. <br /> Commercial Revaluation <br /> Upon question by Chairman DeLory, Mr. Bailey informed that <br /> Mr. Trembley had the Income and Expense Statements and was going <br /> out today to re-familiarize himself with the properties. We did <br /> discuss therm for a while.
