Board of Assessors Meeting Page <br /> Progress of Renovations to Mash ee Town Half. continued <br /> Upon question by vice chairman Greig-, Mr. Bailey informed <br /> that Assessing personnel and Board Members would also be moved <br /> into trailers while renovations are being mad.e. He feels this <br /> situation would be difficult to deal with, and proposal Number 1 <br /> will probably be chosen. Lengthy discussion followed , <br /> David Bailey pointed out that a great deal of money will be <br /> spent on temporary housing while renovations are being made. He <br /> does not know how the heating and air conditioning will work out <br /> 0 4P getting this ready by the time Assessing loves to the new <br /> portion is of major concern. <br /> Capon question by vice Chairman Greig about receiving the <br /> proposed drawings this week , Mr. Bailey informed that there will <br /> be another meeting, but he was advised he could request thea by <br /> phone. <br /> Leslie Greig referred to the drawings and pointed out the <br /> problem that there will be no male and female toilets . • . they <br /> will disappear if a particular portion of the building is <br /> renovated first. He expressed opinion that people will not want <br /> to use "Porta-potties" . David Bailey reviewed the drawings ; he <br /> expressed agreement with Mr. Greig that this problem will exist. <br /> He does not know yet how this problem will be solved. <br /> ADJOURNMENT: <br /> There being no further business before The Board for <br /> discussion, Leslie Greig rade motiorn The Board adjourn the <br /> meeting; Kenneth Porter made second the motion; motion passed; <br /> unanimous decision The regular board meeting was adjourned at <br /> : 2o p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Eleanor A.
