DeLOR , CHAIRMAN <br /> LESLIE M. GREIG, VICE CHAIRMAN <br /> DAVID A. BAILEY, DIRECTOR of ASSESSING <br /> ABSENT KENNETH A. SORTER, CLERK <br /> The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman DeLory <br /> at 6 : 25 p.m. <br /> MINUTES OF THE MEETINGS: f <br /> Minutes of The Meeting of October 23 , 1995 <br /> Vice Chairman Greig referred to Page 4 , Progress of Upcoming <br /> Revaluation, Last Paragraph, Line David Bailey ' s <br /> statement that Assessing must be finished with everything by <br /> December 1 . Mr. Greig again questioned the timeframe. 'Nix'. <br /> Bailey affirmed that Assessing will be finished by that date. He <br /> explained that within two days, the values will be solid by <br /> Thursday Assessing will stop raking changes to the values, and <br /> the tape will be complete to transmit to the computer person for <br /> the Tax Collector ' s Office. The data from the tape will be ready <br /> in one weep, at which time the Tax Rate will be established. <br /> r <br /> Leslie Greig made motion The Board accept The Minutes of <br /> The Meeting of October 23 , 1995 as printed; Chairman DeLory <br /> made second the motion- motion passed; majority decision. The <br /> Minutes were accepted by The Board. <br /> OLD/NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Progress of Upcoming Re aluation <br /> Upon question by Chairman DeLory concerning the status , <br /> David Bailey gave the following update_: <br /> Fast Wednesday,, Mr. Hailey received a phone call .from the <br /> D.O.R. that the Preliminary Certification was approved; he <br /> has not received this eonfirnation in writing perhaps <br /> the Thanksgiving Holiday interfered. However, Assessing can <br /> continue because of this verbal notification . <br /> i <br />
