BAILEY, DIRECTOR OF ASSESSING The regular meeting was held in the Assessors ' Office of Mashpee Town Half. , Mashpee , Massachusetts ; it was called to order by Chairman DeLory at 6 : 35 p.m. MINUTES OF THE MEETINGS : There were no Minutes of The Meetings presented for discussion, corrections , or approval . OLD BUSINESS Kenneth Porter made motion The Board go Into Executive Session; Leslie Greig made second the motion; motion passed: unanimous decision. The Board went into Executive Session at 6 : 36 p.m, for hearings on pending Clause 18 appeals for tax relief . The Board returned to Its Regular Open Session at 7 : 17 p.m. NEW BUSINESS: Board Action on Appeals for Real Property Tax Abatements Abatement Denials Chairman DeLory presented the List of 28 Real Property Abatement Denials for Board approval ; the List is to be attached to These Minutes .
