This site is being used while Town <br /> Hall is being renovated and Asse sing ' s new office location is <br /> being prepared. <br /> The regular meet.:g was called to order by Chairmat Greig <br /> 6 : 30 •. x. <br /> C 1a.Lr Lan Greig announced that Kenneth Porter is absent this <br /> evening because presumably he is in Boston. <br /> MINUTES OF THE MEETINGS <br /> There were no Minutes of Meetings presented for discussion <br /> and/or approval . <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Pro2erty Values Affected-by the Otis Plume <br /> This important matter was discussed at length by Board <br /> Members and Mr, Bailey just prior to this evening ' s Hoard of <br /> Assessors Meeting. For the Record, David Bailey gage the <br /> following recap <br /> "Ms. Nancy Caffyn was supposed to cone in tonight to <br /> talk to us about coming up with some value figures for <br /> the Briarwood area and other areas that are affected by <br /> the Otis Plume. We have been discussing how and what <br /> e should do. 1 will talk to her about it again and <br /> see what specific .information she wants . 1 am <br /> reluctant for US to officially draw conclusions from <br /> what we give her, which is why 1 would life to get a <br />
