KING, CLERK <br /> The regular meeting was held in the Assessing Department' s <br /> temporary office, a trailer located at the rear of Mashpee Town <br /> Fall, Mashpee, Massachusetts . This site is being used while Town <br /> Hall is being renovated and Assessing Is new office location is <br /> being prepared. <br /> The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Greig at <br /> 6: 05 p. . <br /> Chairman Greig announced that Marcia King called him today <br /> to inform that she was unable to attend- this evening ' s meeting. <br /> Mr. Greig also announced that the Board Secretary is not present; <br /> she may not have been notified of this particular Board Meeting. <br /> MINUTES OF THE MEETINGS <br /> Minutes of The Meeting of August 13 , 1996 <br /> Board Members and David Bailey reviewed "The Minutes" . <br /> Where were no corrections , nor was there any discussion. <br /> Kenneth Porter made motion The Board accept The Minutes <br /> of The Meeting of August 13 , 1996as printed; Leslie Greig <br /> rade second the motion- snot-ion passed; majority decision. The <br /> Minutes were accepted by The Board, <br /> NE /OLD BUSINESS: . <br /> i <br /> Clause 22E Veterans Exemption <br /> Chairman Greig referred to the Minutes of The Meeting <br /> of August 1 , 1996, Page 2 , Last Paragraph. He made <br /> recommendation that "a doctor ' s statement of inability to work" <br /> be eliminated because of all the grief this has and will cause. <br /> I <br />
