Mr. Bailey expressed opinion that <br /> Stephen Ewing has not been acting like an employee who wants to <br /> return to work, <br /> Marcia ding initiated discussion. Mr. Bailey verified <br /> that Steve has been out of work on "unpaid leave" he <br /> explained that Steve immediately used up any sick time he <br /> accumulated every month. <br /> Mice Chairman Porter questioned the status of the <br /> Listor ' s job requirements . Mr. Bailey informed that the building <br /> permits have been completed; Steve was working on physical <br /> inspections . . . these do not have a completion deadline <br /> however, they do need to be continued soon. Discussion followed. <br /> David Bailey informed he has made it .clear to both <br /> Personnel and Stephen Eyring that this situation must be resolved <br /> as soon as possible.
