Both Mr. Porter and Mr. Greig expressed, agreement. <br /> Discussion followed concerning expensive houses being built to <br /> replace houses torn down after sale in those areas where <br /> beautiful views exist. <br /> Mausho2 Village Condominiums . Chairman Greig asked <br /> about the sea wall . Mr. Bailey informed he already changed the <br /> assessinents of a few of the cottages that were in peril and had <br /> received a reduction in assessment until last year when plans t <br /> build the sea wall were finalized. Short discussion followed. <br /> Timeframe for Completion of Chan es . Upon question <br /> from Chairman Greig, David Bailey expressed opinion that by <br /> October 15 all of the changes should be completed unless there is <br /> a problem with extensive data entry. <br /> David Bailey informed that the Growth Report should <br /> then be completed -and submitted; it should be approved by the <br /> first weep of December we try _ to allow a month for <br /> approval . Assessing will then need at least one Board Member <br /> present who has been through a previous Classification Hearing . <br /> Chairman an Greig informed he may be away at that time and suggested <br /> that vice Chairman Porter be present for signature.
