Greig,Clerk <br /> David A.Bailey, Director of Assessing <br /> Mr. King called the meeting to order at : o p.m. <br /> The Minutes from the January 22, 1999 meeting were distributed, Acceptance of the Minutes was tabled to <br /> the next meeting to give the mcmbers time for review. <br /> Ms. King noted that Board members had received copies of a letter addressed to her from Martha Rudman <br /> regarding Mashpee real estate taxes. !Iris. Ding asked lir. Bailey to respond by letter to Ms. Rudman. <br /> !vis. King presented Personal Property Abatement Requests(see Usting attached to original minutes) <br /> totaling$204,100 for approval by the Board. It was motioned(Porter),seconded{Greig}and carried to <br /> approve the Abatements starting at No4 2 through No. 39. <br /> I .King presented a Personal Property Abatement request(see listing attached to original minutes)which <br /> was fded late. It was motioned(Greig),seconded(Porter)and carried to deny the abatement request ID <br /> Code 6949,M B-L 106-32)because it was Filed late on 2/3/99). <br /> Mr. Bailey reported that there would be two abatement hearings during the meeting.
