The application had been denied by the BOA at <br /> their 8109106 Board meeting due to assets over the limit held by Mr. O'Connor. Mr. O'Connor has <br /> now submitted a tax deferral application to the Assessing Dept. Mr. O'Connor may defer <br /> payment of the tax to a later date when he can afford to pay them, or to his estate, in which case <br /> the Town gets the money back before the house is sold, with interest, <br /> Sheldon Holzer made a motion to approve the tax deferral application received from Mr. Edgard <br /> O'Connor at 4 By-the-Green Way.
