Ichor . <br /> vehicle receipt estirnartes, for exarnple, have dropped following a-trend across the state. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. P.I.L.o.T Agreement Review i <br />' .Jason Streebel stated that the P,11-0.T. agreement submitted is from Breezy Acres, a <br /> C <br /> housing facility for mentally challenged individuals located at bo Old Barnstable Road. <br /> There,are currently nine housing units at Breezy Acres, run by the State and the Town <br /> Housing Authority. They are proposing an expansion for another nine units. Part of their <br /> licensing agreement is that they will submit a payment in lieu of taxes. Jason estimated <br /> that it would be fisi 2010 before the units would be completed. Town Counsel has ' <br /> reviewed the agreement. ' <br /> _ A motion was s made, seconded and passed to approve the P.I.L. .T Agreement for ars <br /> additional nine housing units to be added to Breezy Acres, located at 570 Old Barnstable <br /> i <br /> Toad. <br /> . Chapter Lana Ekemp i n Applications <br /> -i Forest Baker. Jason Streebel stated that IIIb. Baker does not qualify for the 1-A <br /> exemption since he has less than 5 acres in production on his land. He could qualify for + <br /> a 1-B open space unbuildable exemption. The Assessing Office has been waiting for } <br /> IIIb..Baker's response to tvo written requests to reapply for a 1-B exemption. <br /> +� A motion was made, seconded and passed to deny Mr. Baker's application for a 61-A <br /> Chapter Land exemption. <br /> - Mash ee Wampanogg Tribal Council Inc. , 213 Samps ns Mill.load, I-B Chapter ' <br /> Land Eruption Application. Jason Streebel stated that the application does qualify for <br /> the 1-B exemption. <br /> i <br /> A motion was made, seconded and passed to approve the Jvampanoag Tribal Council <br /> application for a+ I-B a emption for the property located at 213 Sa mpsonsM ill Road. <br /> d. <br /> Michael & Wendy Mirto Fa 61-B Chapter Land E emption Application.
