Wagner has re-applied, stating that he has changed his domicile address <br /> to f a hpee, where he resides for 8months out of the year. i <br /> + - A motion was made, seconded and passed to rescind the previous BOA 8/28/07 motion <br /> i - <br /> to deny Mr. Wagner'sVeteran's Exemption application, and to approve his re-application <br /> for Veterans Exemption. <br /> . suppl mental Tax Bill Abatement Application — David & Dianne Sigel <br /> ,Jason streebel reported that III'Ir. & Mrs. Sigel bought a condominium at 70 G ldleaf <br /> Lane, in the Wind him s condominium development. Because the purchase price was <br /> more thin the assessed value of the property, the assessment was set to the purchase <br /> . price and pro-rated for the time period from the date of occupancy. Mr. Sigel's basis for - <br /> ppplyin .for a tax abatement is that when he signed his purchase and sale agreement in <br /> early 2005 it was at the height of the market. By the time he took occupancy a year and <br /> a half later,-the real estate market had fallen. IIIb. Sigel now claims that he overpaid for <br /> his property. <br /> A.motion was made, seconded and passed to dear the supplemental tax bill abatement <br /> application submitted by David Sigel. - <br /> .
