REVIEW of MINUTES—4114/08 Meeting The following corrections were made to the minutes from the meeting gn 4/14/08: Page 2, paragraph 1, line 3, change the word assessment to improvement. - Page 2, pair gr ph 3, line 1, the first part of the sentence should read: "Gregg Fraser staled that there was a change in the methodology of the recent land revaluation process, at the requo t of the DOR ...0 Page 2, under BOARD of ASSESSORS REPORTS, Sheldon Holzer: first sentence, line 2 should read "owned by Mary.10 Brennan, who was looking for an assessment reduction 10 76 Lake Avenue, a parcel roughly 2 acres, from 4250,000 down to$175,000. Sheldon Holzer thanked Jason streebel for clearing up the qqpstion as to whether or not Assessing Office field trips where all Board Y members are present constitutes a Board meeting. Jason streebei confirmed with Town Counsel that such field trips 1p not constitute a Board meeting. Gregg Fraser, clergy. Ip report. i DIRECTOR of ASSESSING REPORT 1. Jason Streebel reported that today's meeting was the last one for reviewing abatements. 2. On April 24, 2008 four abatement applications were received from Brian Dacey, local deVelepr. All furr were denied because of late filing.
