Gregg Fraser seconded the motion. The motion was <br /> unanimously approved. <br /> • Executive session Minutes of 1010 } <br /> i Sheldon Holzer made a motion to accept as presented the Executive Session <br /> minutes of the meeting on 1/20/10. Gregg Fraser seconded the motion. The motion <br /> was unanimously approved. <br /> BOARD of ASSESSORS REPORTS — None. <br /> DIRECTOR of ASSESSING REPORT—Jason s reebel <br /> Jason streebel reported that to date the office has completed 150 abatement applications <br /> out of a total of 210 received. Jason streebel stated that this is a very busy year for the <br /> Assessing Mice as it is a revaluationlrecertification year. The Assessing office staff is <br /> working to complete the processing of the remaining abatement applications and then <br /> will move on to completion of the recertification requirements for the year. Jason <br /> streebel stated that he has already compiled the preliminary paperwork for the Dept. of <br /> Revenue representative, Grace Sandell, who ill be in the l ashpee Assessor's office <br />' pyears <br /> early next month to review ti ernes, schedules and other details regarding this <br /> recertification process, after which he will contact the Assessing office evaluation <br /> consultant to confirm his availability going forward. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> . 1. Itemization of the Tax BiII <br /> Paul Andrews gage some background on the subject of itemization of the ll ashpee to <br /> bill* stating that he and Jason streebel had previously discussed the idea of breaking <br /> down certain line items to give the taxpayers a better idea of where their tax money is <br /> going.. Paul Andrews stated that he and Jason had come up with some suggested <br />
