• Jason Streebel stated that some organizations who would normally receive exemption have not filed for a Charitable Tax Exemption and therefore are not receiving it. This includes the Wampanoag Tribe, Poppones et Beach Association, sage Popponesset Bay, and Habitat for Humanity which has two pieces of property in llashpee. Paul Andrews made a motion that the Board of Assessors move into Executive Session, 'to reconvene to Public session} in order to comply w h the provisions of General Lbw.or Special law MGL Chapter 59, Section 60 , to discuss abatement applications received, the contents of which are not public record. Sheldon Holzer seconded the motion. Roll call Vote: Paul Andrews, yes; Sheldon Holzer, yes; Gregg Fraser, yes. The motion was unanimously approved. At 6:38 PM the Public Session resumed. Sheldon Holzer made a motion to ratify the real estate abatements approved in the executive session, listed on report# RE 042210-1. Gregg Fraser seconded the motion.
