PUBLIC COMMENTS No public comments. } REVIEW of MINUTES i Sheldon Holzer made a motion that the Board approve as presented the minutes from the Board of Assessors Public Session meeting on June 17, 2010. Gregg Fraser seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. The motion was unanimously approved. BOARD of ASSESSORS REPORTS No reports. DIRECTOR of ASSESSING REPORT 1, 2011 Valuation Issues. Jason Streebel stated that recently he sent to the Valuation Consultant Paull Kapinos a list of the valuation issues, mostly table changes, certain 'neighborhoods to' a extra careful of when going through to do the values. . g . . Workshop on Mapping and Deeds Jason Streebel reported that he and Torr .Mc anarna n, Data Collector, will be attending a workshop on mapping and deeds on Friday, July 23, 2010 in South Yarmouth at Yarmouth House. NEIN BUSINESS - I. DOR Certification Update Jason Streebel stated that he had rt heard ranch from the DOR representative, Grace Sandel, other than that due to rine new issued laptop computers, she can no longer i - use any flash drives to transfer Information to her other than flash drives issued by the state. Jason stated that he will have to take her flash drive from her, load it, and give It back to her instead of being able to have everything prepared for her on a flash drive and give it to her that way. This is a security measure by the stag.
