Curse## - Math Appraisal course—County Assessors Association <br /> The course will be held at the Sandwich Power Plants for five days: May 6, 12, 13, 19, and 20, <br /> the 20th being the test day. All Board members are invited to participate. <br /> Paul Andrews made a motion that the Board of Assessors adjourn the Public Session to move <br /> into Executive session, to return to Public Session, in order to comply with General Laver MGL <br /> Chapter 59, Section 60, to discuss possible exemption/abatement applications, the contents of <br /> which are not public record, Gregg Fraser seconded the motion. <br /> Roll CallVote: Paul Andrews, yes, Gregg Fraser, yes, Sheldon Holzer, yes, The motion was <br /> unanimously approved. <br /> The Public Session was adjourned at 5:52 PATI. <br /> The Board re-entered the Public Session at :1 o PIM. <br /> Paul Andrews made a motion that the later drafted by the Board of Assessors and addressed to <br /> Mark Harding, Treasurer, Mashpee Wampanoag True, dated April 22, 2011, be approved, <br /> Gregg Fraser seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved, <br /> Gregg Fraser made a motion to deny the Clause 17 D Exemption Application from Elaine J. <br /> Avis, Trustee, dine to inability to obtain required information. Paul Andrews seconded the <br /> motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> Gregg Fraser made a motion to deny the Tac Deferral Application request from Elaine J. Avis, <br /> Trustee. Paul Andrews seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> Gregg Fraser made a motion to deny the 41C Elderly Tax Exemption Application request from <br /> Richard J. Barber, due to exceeding the maximum income level, Paul Andrews seconded the <br /> motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> Gregg Fraser made a motion to grant the Personal Exemption Real Estate applications listed on <br /> Report# E-0421201 1-G. Paul Andrews seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously <br /> approved. i <br /> Gregg Fraser made a motion to deny the Feil Estate Abatement applications listed on Report <br /> E-04212011-D. Paul Andrews seconded the motion.
