PUBLIC COMMENTS: -None REVIEW OF MINUTES Paul Andrews made a motion that the minutes of the 10/13/11 Boa rd of Assessors Public Session be approved presented. Sheldon Holzer seconded the motion. Gregg Fraser abstained. The rutin was approved. Paul Andrews made a motion that the minutes of the 10113111 Board of Assessors Executive Session be approved as presented. Sheldon Holzer seconded the motion. Gregg Fraser ' abstained. The motion was approved. DIRECTOR OF ASSESSING OFFICE ACTIVITY REPORT—Jason Streebel 1. Jason Streebel reported that prop rt r Valuations are in process. . Mark Benoit, Data Collector, is currently working with the Town Clerk and the Assistant Town Manager on a GIS project addressing issues using a land-field GPS to look at bad addresses around town. Computers are currently looked down, waiting for Valuations to be approved by the • Department of Revenue. EXECUTIVE SESSION ` Paul Andrews made a motion that the Board adjourn the Public Session and move into Executive Session, to return to Public Session, in order to comply with the MGL Chapter 59, Section 60, t i discuss possible exemption/abatement applications, the contents of which are not public record. Gregg Fraser seconded the action. Roll Call hots: Paul Andrews, Yes; Gregg Fraser Yes; Sheldon Holzer, yes. The motion was unanimously approved. . The Public'Sin was adjourned at 5:50 PIM. ` The Board returned to the Public Session at 5,55 PM.
