TIP4E : 8: 00 p.m. Chairman Dubin opened the meeting with the public hearing on the special permit application of P & H Trust , He read the notice as advertised in the newspaper, Mr, Carl ra setti represent Ing P & r H `rust respectfully requested L./he�/ be allo ped to continue the hearing until Januar 2 as they have large drawings that they didn't have tonight , The Board agreed to continue the 1jublic hearing to January 2, 1985 , The Board approved signing the Meadow Haven Plan which they had approved at the November 21st meeting and now the 20 day waiting period had lapsed . They had approved it subject to conditions which the applicant met , covenant had been produced and was on file . - The members signed the plan except for Mr. Jonas who abstained . They left 5 copies a;nd profiles for Mr. Rowley and the Highway Superintendent , The Board took up the discussion of the special application submitted b Edward G_rogan for an open space development on Meetinghouse Road . V r. Jonas abstained from the discussion. Mr . Dubin stated the Board had had several public hearing and now they are going to review the comments received and discuss 'them and maybe take a vote and ask questions of the proponant . He said the application started February 9, 1984, and they made a number of changes , At the public the received some comments and predominantly they were on density, Mr. r;larsters said the major concern was traffic . He said the Board received a. letter from Mr. Grogan that he would be willing to help .orrect the problem a t the intersection of Meetinghouse and Central Road . Mr- Virg il..o said that 's true but the flown doesn't have any funds whatsoever.
