MA 02649 <br /> PUBLIC HEARIPTr- `;OTIC_" <br /> Pursuant to Chapter 40A of Fassachusetts General Law, <br /> the !:ashpee Planning Board will hold a public hearing at <br /> 8 :45 p.m. on ,4ednesday, November 21 , 1984 at Town Hall, <br /> Central Road, Mashpee to see if the Town will vote to amend <br /> Section 5 .5 of the Zoning By-Laws by deleting Section 5 .5 <br /> in its entirety and substituting therefore the following : <br /> 5 .5 any lot shown on a plan and lawfully in existence <br /> in compliance with the provisions of :the Subdivision <br /> Control Law (Chapter 41 of the General Laws ) and the <br /> zoning by-laws as of January 1 , 1977 may thereafter <br /> be built upon for single family residential usuage <br /> provided that this section shall not apply to more <br /> than three adjoining lots held in common ownership <br /> and that said lot or lots contain at least ten <br /> thousand square feet of area and seventy-five feet <br /> • of frontage . <br /> 5 .6 Any lot lawfully laid out by plan or deed duly <br /> recorded in the Registry of Deeds which complied <br /> with all zoning requirements , if any, in effect <br /> at the time of recording, may thereafter be built <br /> upon for single family residential use notwithstanding <br /> the adoption or amendment of the zoning by-law <br /> imposing minimum area , frontage , width , depth or <br /> yard requirements , or more than one such requirement , <br /> in excess of those in effect at the time of recording, <br /> if at the time of the adoption of such requirements or <br /> increased requirements such lot was held in ownership <br /> separate from that of adjoining land and such lot has <br /> an area of at least five thousand square feet and <br /> fifty-fire feet of frontage . <br /> Submitted by, <br /> Richard S .
