Rommelmeer, <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Review v o FY04 Capital Improvement Progam.ProDeeds: <br /> The Capital Improvement Committee met with the following departments <br /> for the purpose of reviewing heir FY04 capital improvement program <br /> needs. <br /> Gregory Taylor, Director of Public Works and Catherine Laurent, <br /> Assistant Director was present to discuss estimated disbursements required <br /> to fund the Cemetery and Department of Public Works. <br /> Cemetery: <br /> The sura o 0,000 is requested for fiscal year 2004 to complete the <br /> construction of the new cemetery on Great beck Road South. M . Laurent <br /> outlined the improvements necessary for project completion. <br /> Improvements to the entrance include the installation of granite curbing, <br /> the widening of the pavement and the planting of additional vegetation. <br /> Delineation of the entrance would enhance the appearance creating a more <br /> distinctive entry, and provide an improved radios for trues entering and <br /> exiting the cemetery. <br />
