Maintaining the phone system and homeland security was a noted <br /> criterion for the municipal building. <br /> Sever: <br /> Effluent Pipeline: - FY $300,000—FY07 $2,700,000 <br /> The Watershed Nitrogen Management Plan/Effluent Pipeline Preliminary <br /> Design study is presently ongoing to determine the most appropriate, cost-, <br /> effective, and politically feasible means, including wastewater facilities <br /> and other facilities and structures reed to address the nitrogen overload <br /> problem.
