CIP Committee Minutes January 22, 2004 Pollee Department: Last years CIP program supported the lease of 8 Police vehicles, Year 42 of a -year lease/purchase agreement in the amount of$79,000. Also identified for funding in FY04 was the lease of 2 Pollee Vehicles, Year o -year lease in the amount 14,425. In fiscal year 2005,the Police Department lease}grogram includes; Lease 7 Tared Police Vehicles—3 Years: $693529.59: The 3rd year of a three-year lease of marked Police Vehicles based upon State bid contract pricing. Lease of 2 Police vehicles—4 Years: $14,425.15: The 3rd year of a four-year lease of Police vehicles based upon State bid contract pricing. Lease of I Police vehicle—2 Years: $8,735.71: The final year of the leased vehicle that was a substitute and replacement vehicle for the Police vehicle which was totaled in ars accident. UDdate Dispatch Consoles - $27,093.29: The Mashee Cable Advisory and Technology Committee (MCAT) have agreed to find the replacement of the aging and outdated dispatch radio controls for the Police Department. It was noted that the radio controls are used on a daily basis. The new software and computers will have touch screen controls and enhance dispatch functions with the Police Department,artment,the Fire Department, the DPW, State Police, and County Sheriff's Office. Review f Debt Structure: The debt structure estimated through 2010 was presented to the Committee for additional review. (enclosed)
