Cook to approve the minutes of Tuesday, <br /> February 20,2007 and Monday,March 5,2007 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr.Read. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS. <br /> The Capital Improvement Program CIP Committee met for the purpose <br /> of reviewing capital improvement program budgets for fiscal year 2009 <br /> and ensuing years, The CIP is expected to commit to the lease programs <br /> and look into October to fund an anticipated capital budget of$675,000. <br /> The capital budget recommendation for fiscal year 2008 recommended by <br /> the CIP and approved by the voters at the May 2007 Town Meeting <br /> reflected a total o $1,012,388. The sum of.$682,388 derived from free <br /> cash,the remainder; $330,000 was ceded through ambulance receipts. <br /> Funds were distributed as follows: <br /> Building& Grounds: Roof Town-Hall, Carpet Phase I - $75,000 <br /> Data Processing (IT): Computer Replacement—phase I - $36,800 <br /> DPW: Tractor&Beach fie, Dump Truck Year l - $107,000 <br /> Fire: Ambulance Replacement 2 , Air Pack Replacement Phase II - <br /> $375!X0 <br /> Police: Vehicle Lease Program,Furniture Replacement Phase l - $141,588 <br /> School: School Security, Flooring Phase 11, Technology Final Phase - <br /> $277,000 <br />
