A quorum was declared with the <br /> following members present: Richard Halpern, Fran Laporte, Kevin Shackett and Jill Allen. Also in <br /> attendance: Leila Botsford, Executive Director/Board Secretary, Vincent Gault, Director of Maintenance, <br /> and Adrienne Danner(HAS . David Harsch was absent. <br /> The chair slipped to old Business so that Ms. Danner could leave after updating the board. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> BreeV Acres E ansion Great Cove Community Update: Ms. Danner updated the board on the status of <br /> the project. Even though they had been hopeful to close in January, all of the attorneys have not yet <br /> signed off on the documents. 11e are gaiting for DHD to assign an attorney and that has slowed things <br /> down considerably. Ms. Danner said that she is hearing that closing could be anywhere from 30 to 90 <br /> Page I of <br />
