A quorum was declared with the following members present: Richard Halpern, Fran Laporte, Kevin Shackett and Jill Allen. Also in attendance: Leila Botsford, Executive Director/Board Secretary, Vincent Gault, Director of Maintenance, and Adrienne Danner(HAS . David Harsch was absent. The chair slipped to old Business so that Ms. Danner could leave after updating the board. OLD BUSINESS: BreeV Acres E ansion Great Cove Community Update: Ms. Danner updated the board on the status of the project. Even though they had been hopeful to close in January, all of the attorneys have not yet signed off on the documents. 11e are gaiting for DHD to assign an attorney and that has slowed things down considerably.
