A quorum was declared with the following members present: Richard Halpern, Sevin Shackett, Fran Laporte, and David Harsch. .]ill Allen was absent. Also in attendance. Leila Botsford, Executive Director/Board Secretary and Vincent Gault, Director of Maintenance. SECRETARY'S REPORT: Minutes for the regular meeting held on March 14, 2013 were mailed to members before the meeting. A motion was made by Mr. Shackett and seconded by Mr. Harsch to accept the minutes as presented. The motion was adopted. TREASURER" REPORT: Budget to Actual Fork; Mrs. Botsford presented the budget to actual report, prepared by the fee accountant, and reviewed it with the board, explaining the variances. Page 'I of
