-} Accounts Payables: Mrs. Botsford presented the warrants for signature. The warrants for signature <br /> tonight are for the month of March 2013 and total as follows: $36,799.84 for 4001, $4,908-00 for Section <br /> , $15,772-00 for M RVP, $42,158.74 for As her's Path Apartments and $12,431.64 for the Housing <br /> Assistance Program. <br /> Mrs. Botsford reported that vire have all residents paid in full at Homeyer village and Asher"s Path. We <br /> have one Breezy Acres resident who has not paid and a 14-Day Notice to Quit has been issued. We are <br /> 100% occupied at Homeyer village but still have one vacancy at Breezy Acres and one at Asher"s Path. <br /> The process is underway for selecting new residents. A motion was rade by Mr. Laporte and <br /> seconded by Mr. Hars h to accept the tr asur it'rs report as presented. The motion was <br /> adopted. <br /> EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS REPORT. <br /> Mrs. Botsford mailed members her written report for March and added the following report: <br /> • New cabinets and counters are being installed in two units at Breezy Acres, per our Capital <br /> Improvement Plan. <br /> At skier-s Path, neer carpeting in the common areas has been installed, as well as two more <br /> security cameras. Both items are part of the Capital Needs Assessment Plan for Asher"s Path. <br /> • As agreed in the mediation, I will again meet with Asher"s Path residents to go over any <br /> issues/concerns they have. That meeting is net Thursday, April 1 , 2013 at 4:30 PM. Mr. <br /> hackett stated that he would like to attend. <br /> • Mrs. Botsford stated that she conducted a survey at Asher's Path based on the previous meeting <br /> with As er"s Path residents. Hot button topic: Dogs. Mrs. Botsford stated that she expected the <br /> Asher"s Path Pet Policy to come before the board again in the near future. <br /> • All employee evaluations have been done and performance bonuses issued ($3,250.00 total). <br /> • The Mate Auditor`s office wrapped up their audit 112- months) and vire had our exit conference <br /> on April 3. These changes will have to <br /> be approved reviewed by the lender"s attorneys, Joyce Mason for the Town and Board of Selectman, and <br /> MHA. We are hoping to have a draft to review by April 15th. We will need to attain signatures and <br /> approval at the April 22nd Board of Selectman meeting or vire will have to wait until there May 20th <br /> meeting.
