4 <br /> waiting list and stated that some individuals on the waiting list were being assisted by the <br /> Housing Assistance Program_ Ms. Egloff asked if Ms_ otsford's assistant could share her <br /> documents. <br /> SSSS AS REQS+ <br /> Cottage Housing <br /> Mr. Isbitz reported that he had contacted architect Don Powers, from a Rhode Island firm, <br /> regarding a possible presentation about cottage housing at a joint meeting. The Chair reported <br /> that the Cape Cod Commission had no plans for a regional event and suggested Haat a cottage <br /> housing presentation would be suitable for a regional event, hosted by 1 lashpee. The Chair <br /> asked that Mr. Isbitz discuss it with Mr_ Ruchinâ–şskas as a jointly sponsored meeting. There was <br /> discussion regarding possible locations for the cottage housing educational forum, locating it <br /> regionally, possible compensation for the speaker and possibly speaking With Ms. Mason <br /> regarding funds for the program. March would be Mr. Powers' most available time and there <br /> was discussion regarding the 13'h, f , 15'. The Chair reported that Mashpee Commons <br /> g g <br /> appeared to be putting their project on hold and expressed concern about the loss of the proposed <br /> -unit housing. W, Isbitz pointed out that there was plenty of funding available for affordable <br /> housing. 'It was recommended that Mr.Storrs be invited to attend the forum about cottage <br /> housing. Selectman Richardson suggested contacting the FDIC who would also be interested in <br /> a development project for Mashpee. <br /> Communication <br /> The Chair attended the recent Planning Board meeting regarding Mashpee tepee Commons, but <br /> reported that't involved the division of 2 parcels into _ Ns. Egloff expressed concern about the <br /> disconnect among the Committees and Boards and recommended that items related to afordab l e <br /> housing, regardless of the Committee, should be communicated to members of the Affordable <br /> Housing Committee. The Chair stated that agendas have been exchanged with the Zoning <br /> Board. Selectman Richardson recommended that the AHC schedule to meet with the Board of <br /> Selectmen. February I I was a proposed date. <br /> MEETING ADJOURNMENT <br /> The next meeting ill be February 5 at :30 p.m. <br /> Ms. Egloff made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Johnson seconded the emotion.
