Isbitz suggested that the RFP and feasibility study should be completed prior to Town Meeting as there <br /> would be a lot of work to be done and suggested that he would follow up with Ms. Mason. Mr. Isbit <br /> expressed concern that a funding cycle could be raised by waiting for May Town Meeting. Mr. <br /> Johnson suggested he could contact Ms. Mason on behalf of the Affordable Housing Frust. Mr. <br /> Johnson and Mr. Isbitz will work out a conversation with the Town Manager in order to find out hove <br /> the Affordable Housing Committee can assist with moving forward. There was discussion regarding <br /> available funding for affordable housing. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> CPC Meeting <br /> The Chair reported that the Mashpee Mousing Author'ty was seeking additional funding for their <br /> financing program which will go to May Town Meeting for a total of$300,000 over a 3 year time <br /> frame, The Chair also reported that Habitat for Humanity had requested$50,000 for each home, up <br /> from$25,000, due to increased costs and as requested in all communities, <br /> Affordable Housing Production Plan Action Items <br /> Community Commitment Actions 1- -T .be considered at the next meeting <br /> EDUCATION/MARKETING <br /> Cape Housing Forum's on Tv-The Chair stated that affordable housing forums had been well <br /> attended, but that one had not been held in Mashpee.
