Nor. Economos responded that residents were typically directed elsewhere, such St. Vincent de Paul, <br /> since MHA ids were limited. <br /> Mr.- Economos reported that the waitlist time was very long because there was little turnover for the <br /> and 4 bedroom units. Mr. Economos noted that there was a very good mix of residents, adding that <br /> one or two families per year were able to move out and buy a hone. Services available included <br /> financial advising, budgeting,resume writing and after school programs. 'Mr. Economos emphasized <br /> their commitment to assisting residents with achieving their-goals. The Chair inquired whether <br /> Community Builders was seeking additional projects and Mr. Economo.s.responded that it was part of <br /> heir strategic plan and that the Cape had been identified as a growth area and referenced a parcel they <br /> would be developing on Martha' Vineyard. The Chair described Mashpee's Old Barnstable and <br /> Falmouth Road parcels that may become available for the development of affordable rental housing. <br /> Mir.
