Vice Chairman <br /> Gregg Fraser, Clerk <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chairman awn Paul Andrews called the meeting to order at 6:05 PM. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS — None. <br /> REVIEW F MINUTES <br /> • BOA Public session --r Nov. 6, 2013 <br /> Gregg Fraser rade a motion that the Public Session minutes of 11/06/13 be approved as presented. <br /> Sheldon Holzer seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> Gregg Fraser made a motion to adjourn the Public Session and enter into Executive Session, to return <br /> to the Public Session, in order to comply with the MGS Chapter 59, Section 60, to discuss possible <br /> litigation issues, the contents of which are not public record. Sheldon Holzer seconded the motion. <br /> Roil call vote: Gregg Fraser, yes; Sheldon Holzer, yes; Paul Andrews, yes. The motion was <br /> approved. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> • Veterans' Motor Vehicle Exemptions - Steven Johnson <br /> Paul Andrews made a motion that the Board grant approval of the Veterans Motor Vehicle Exemption <br /> application from Steven Johnson. The motion was unanimously <br /> approved. <br /> .Jason Str ebel will rewrite the policy con rninVeterans' Motor Vehicle Exemption qualification <br /> requirements for review by the Board at its next meeting. <br /> A <br /> Update on FY 14 Valuations & Re-cap Paperwork <br /> Jason Streebel stated that the valuation process is halfway to being completed.
