This is a too-year grant voring with at risk seniors. Robert Osborn made a motion to accept <br /> the <br /> report as written and Mini Mullin seconded it. So moved. <br /> At 10:oo a.m. the Chairperson moved that we stop our meeting in order to interview two <br /> applicants for the positions on the Mas pee Council on Aging. The candidates *j <br /> � � ar��o Corney <br /> and Ed Dombrowski were both interviewed by the board. Mmi Mullin made a motion <br /> to accept <br /> both candidates as presented pending CoRI and Leila Botsford seconded it. So moved. <br /> . <br /> Mert Sailers reported for Friends - report accepted. <br /> Old Business -Regina Godfrey reported on the Massachusetts CoA fall conference she attended <br /> n October 17 th She attended three workshops and one in particular was very beneficial. "Fun <br /> Fundraising" <br /> New Business - A discussion was held by council members regarding the need for an out o <br /> building departmental staff meeting. After considerable discussion it was recommended that <br /> having a staff luncheon meeting at an external location would result in few interruption's. Lelia <br /> Botsford made a motion to allocate donation account dollars($25.00perp c ita. to fund such <br /> meeting during the next calendar month. The motion was seconded by Jeanne Nousee. The <br /> motion passed unanimously. <br /> discussion took place on change of meeting time, woodcarving class, and a need to have fuel <br /> assistance information included in the newsletter. <br /> Regina Godfrey suggested a council member volunteer to attend selectman's meetings. Arthur <br /> � <br /> Weinstein and Regina Godfrey will both attend the December a .meetM* g <br /> Diana Bothelho moved to adjourn meeting, seconded by Regina Godfrey._ So moved.
