The motion was approved. <br /> TREASURER'S REPORT—Most of the items fisted as budget <br /> expenditures were right on target. Two exceptions were the energy.account, <br /> which is not sufficient to meet current needs, and the purchasing account <br /> which will reflect a new copy contract. The Finance Committee might have <br /> to be approached this year for additional funds, especially for energy <br /> expenses. The motion to approve the report was made by Leila Botsford and <br /> seconded by Regina Godfrey. <br /> DIRECTOR'S REPORT <br /> Senior Center Building Committee—Jim Long reported that construction <br /> on the new Senior Center Building was making good progress, but is 20 <br /> days behind schedule.
