The one particular exception
seemed to be the "Others" account, which largely involves supplies.
DIRECTOR'S REPORT—Jim had no written report, but he discussed the
dilemma posed by the number of groups seeking use of the building for theu-
funcions. That included the tuning of events, use of keys, cleanup, etc. It
was suggested that the Council could be used as a sounding board in
deciding such use — also to ease Jim's burden on that decision-making
process and its ramifications. The council set a date to meet in two weeks
(May 23)to discuss that issue extensively.
-- Jim let us know that Bonnie had resigned and would be leaving that Friday.
Also, the road thruway leading from the Senior's Center has been cancelled,
according to Jim.
