Overall the budget is 2 used up at the half-way mark <br /> in the fiscal year. Jim Long noted there were reductions made in personnel to save costs, <br /> ,director's Rrrr: <br /> Jing Long reported on the Holiday Party sponsored by lihee Care. <br /> Jim Long attended a buffet put on by the wazpanoags at the new Health Care Facility. <br /> There will be a std holiday luncheon party on December 1 e apt the Bleu Restaurant in Mashpee <br /> Commons. <br /> Jinn Long reported on the Beacon Mill Model for consideration in the future. Jinn will ring-more <br /> formation to the next meeting. The-model believes in pulling resources. In our case,New <br /> Seabury and/or willowbend might be responsive to the concept and sponsor meetings,. <br /> Jack Dorsey is expected to return as Chairman of the.C A Committee next month. <br /> Jiro Long circulated a few-articles of interest from the NY Tres and the Cape Cod Times. <br /> Outreach Coordinator's a or t: Lynn distributed her written Outreach Coordinator's Report <br /> along with the volunteer Assistant's fteport for November 2011. Lynn reviewed each item and <br /> answered questions. Lynn clarified protective service referrals for the Committee. <br /> Lynn distributed seven articles from the NY Tu* n and Cape Cod Times. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Thermostat: This on-going problem has finally been resolved,thanks to Jeanne Noussee for <br /> following this up with th.e DPW. <br /> Election o - kers: The Committee decided to postpone this item until Febriary. <br />
