Discussion with DPW Director regarding Bylaws (continued) <br /> 1 50-7 (Page 97). The title shown belongs tol§ 50-6. The title for 150-7 should read <br /> "Annual Review of Private Roads". <br /> Catherine said she was bringing to the Committee's attention that there may be some <br /> minor changes proposed for Chapter-84---w-Erosion and Sedimentation Control (Page 60). <br /> In addition,there is a new storm water bylaw being proposed. Deb Dami said that new <br /> bylaw would be assigned Chapter-85 designation and she asked Catherine to include <br /> Chapter-85 on her draft proposal starting now. Catherine will do so. <br /> Catherine said she was just bringing this to the Committee for informational purposes and <br /> that the proposed new bylaw will probably be submitted for the February Article <br /> submission and presented to May Town Meeting. <br /> Ed thanked Catherine for all her input; and he asked if she would provide a list of the <br /> bylaws she brought up at this meeting. Catherine will do so, <br /> Subdivision Board of Appeals Committee Discussion <br /> Ed Larkin asked Catherine when she last attended a meeting of the Subdivision Board of <br /> Appeals Committee. Catherine responded that she didn't even know that Committee <br /> existed. <br /> Deb Dami said then we should delete General Bylaw §3-44 (page 14) appointing a <br /> Subdivision Board of Appeals Committee since they have never met. <br /> Meeting Schedule <br /> • 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at Town Hall. <br /> • 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at Town Hall. <br /> Adjournment <br /> Paul Robillard motioned to adjourn the meeting; Drew McManus seconded the motion; <br /> and it was unanimously passed.
