It was confirmed the square footage of the <br /> units are as follows: 1440 sf for the to headroom units and 1520 sf. for <br /> the three bedroom unit. The handicap accessible unit 2 bedrooms)is <br /> approximated at 1086 s . <br /> Latest funding costs amount t $905,000. The CPA funding request is <br /> $600,000. .dditional finding would derive from Project-based Section <br /> Assistance,New England Funds,Horace Funds and possibly a low-interest <br /> mortgage through the Mass Housing Partnership program. <br /> The largest unknown ern in the expansion project is the septic. The cost <br /> quotation as submitted is designed utilizing a Title V septic system. <br /> Information has not been received regarding the ability to tie into the <br /> Mays pee High School (MHS)wastewater treatment system. <br /> A brief memorandum was received from Jim Vaccaro, Mashpee <br /> Commons dated April 27, 2006 regarding the connection of Housing <br /> Authority homes on Old Barnstable Load to the MUS treatment plant. An <br /> RFP would most likely be required. <br /> It was agreed 1s. Botsford would be requested to review any <br /> requirements that may be dictated by the State for the building of the <br /> project. The Committee would life it to be clear as to the additional <br /> ceding sources and the stipulations that May be attached. <br /> In addition, Ms. Botsford would be requested to research cost proposals <br /> for the hook-up of the affordable housing project to the MHS wastewater <br /> treatment plant. It was agreed the hook-up to the NMS facility may be a <br /> cost effective option to reduce nitrogen impact and allow for more Dousing <br /> its in the future. <br />
