i <br /> 5 <br /> I <br /> Community Preservation Committee <br /> Minutes I, <br /> May 9,Zoo <br /> COMMUNICATION AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> Correspondence was received from Feather McElroy, Cape Cod <br /> Commission Natural Resources/Open Space Specialist via email dated <br /> May 9, 2006 regarding a CPA Roundtable Meeting. <br /> C numo ttee members are invited to attend the next roundtable on Monday, <br /> May 22, 2006 from +7:00—9:00 p.m. at the Barnstable County Courthouse. <br /> Future meetings will take place on the third Tuesday of the month at the <br /> regular meeting tined 2:30—4:40 p.m. <br /> It was noted the CCC is informally collecting applications to track all <br /> projects approved and funded at town meeting. <br /> OLD UK ESS: <br /> Heritage Parr Expansion Project—Review of Master Plan: <br /> The Committee was in receipt of the Heritage Park Expansion Project <br /> Master Plan. It was noted that storm water runoff would be contained on. <br /> site as depicted on the plans through the use of vegetative swales and <br /> leaching catch basins. <br /> In response to the Committee's previous question regarding maintenance, <br /> it was noted the proposed FY07 budget for the maintenance at Heritage <br /> Park is $19,500. The budget does not include labor which includes <br /> mowing and trash removal. All work is performed by the DPW. <br /> It was agreed a subcommittee comprised of Mr. Taylor, TFTs.
