Community Preservation Committee Minutes May 23, Zoo NEW BSTNS-S: ADA Cottee T Request for A lication: An application for CPA funding was-given to Robert Wooiridge of the ADA Committee that would be considered at the May 2007 Town Meeting- OLD etinOLDBUSINESS: Herita aart ar sion Pro* �---Review o Storm Water Mana erment: Subcommittee members Wayne Taylor and Beverly Dane are scheduled to meet with the DepaAment of Public Works to discuss the storm water management proposal on Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. Review of the matter will be discussed at the next committee meeting. Housi'n uthorit —Breezy Acres Expansion Pro'ect: Correspondence was received from Leila Botsford, Mashp a Housing Authority via email dated May 18, 200 response to several questions that arose at the last meeting regarding the Mashpee High School j wastewater treatment plant and requi rerr ent that n ay dictate the building o e project. The Breezy Expansion Project proposal would install a conventional Tide V septic system on site. At this time a definitive cost proposal to hookup to the MHS treatment plant is not readily available. With respect to requirements of the state that would dictate the building of the prof e t, the only requirements would be the regular public bidding laws for modular homes. The Committee questioned if a memorandum of understanding could be agreed upon to rent the hones to Mashpee residents only. One loom Schoolhouse: The matter was previously discussed and will be reviewed in detail with the applicant. Affordable Housing sibility Study: , The Committee was m receipt of the Affordable Housing and damned Production Plan.
