Community Preservation Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> May 23, Zoo <br /> NEW BSTNS-S: <br /> ADA Cottee T Request for A lication: <br /> An application for CPA funding was-given to Robert Wooiridge of the <br /> ADA Committee that would be considered at the May 2007 Town <br /> Meeting- <br /> OLD <br /> etinOLDBUSINESS: <br /> Herita aart ar sion Pro* �---Review o Storm Water Mana erment: <br /> Subcommittee members Wayne Taylor and Beverly Dane are scheduled to <br /> meet with the DepaAment of Public Works to discuss the storm water <br /> management proposal on Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. Review of the matter <br /> will be discussed at the next committee meeting. <br /> Housi'n uthorit —Breezy Acres Expansion Pro'ect: <br /> Correspondence was received from Leila Botsford, Mashp a Housing <br /> Authority via email dated May 18, 200 response to several questions <br /> that arose at the last meeting regarding the Mashpee High School j <br /> wastewater treatment plant and requi rerr ent that n ay dictate the building <br /> o e project. <br /> The Breezy Expansion Project proposal would install a conventional Tide <br /> V septic system on site. At this time a definitive cost proposal to hookup <br /> to the MHS treatment plant is not readily available. With respect to <br /> requirements of the state that would dictate the building of the prof e t, the <br /> only requirements would be the regular public bidding laws for modular <br /> homes. The Committee questioned if a memorandum of understanding <br /> could be agreed upon to rent the hones to Mashpee residents only. <br /> One loom Schoolhouse: <br /> The matter was previously discussed and will be reviewed in detail with <br /> the applicant. <br /> Affordable Housing sibility Study: <br /> , <br /> The Committee was m receipt of the Affordable Housing and damned <br /> Production Plan. <br />
