4 Community Preservation Committee Minutes .lune 6,'2006 QLD BUSINESS: i Review of Alcation : .5.. At their last meeting,the Committee agreed to remit a memorandum to all applicants requesting amended proposals to be presented to the Committee in writig if possible prior to the June 6, 2006 meeting. Applicants wishing to give a final presentation were also invited to attend the meeting. In response to the Committee's request,the following applications were reviewed. Emmy Merritt One Room Schoolhouse: Ms. Merritt submitted a revised CPA gent fan&ng request as a result of 5 restricted funding for use of community preservation funds. The CPA ceding request was amended to reflect the sure o $16,500. Ependitues detail a stave,hand railing, signage, a gravel driveway and four sets of shutters. A question arose regarding the shutters,4 sets, hardware and installation that would be,further addressed with the applicant. *The quotation$5,000 was deemed correct for the use of old wood to authenticate the historic effect,of the shutters. The price includes hardware and installation. Leila Botsford— ee H . ► y; i Correspondence was received from Leila Botsford via email on several occasions in response to questions asked by the Committee regarding the Breezy Acres Expansion project proposal. It was noted that IVIS. Botsford responded timely to act upon each unanswered question. IVIS. Botsford indicated she was unable to attend tonight's meeting. Gerry Umina T-AlgopAuin Investment Trust: Gerry Umina presented an open space proposal to the Committee. He indicated to.the Committee Chair that he was unable to attend tonight' meeting to further review his seven acre project proposal.
