The projected cost of Phase II is $225,000. <br /> Where is strong community support for the project as outlined in the letters <br /> previously submitted to the CPA Counittee. <br /> At this time,the Committee arced to consider Phase I of the Breezy <br /> Acres Expansion Project proposal. <br /> F.mma Mills Brennan—Paula Goldbqg <br /> Mills.Family ads at Santuit Pond: <br /> Paula Goldberg, Lard Protection Specialist of The Compact of Cape Cod <br /> Conservation Trusts, Inc. was in attendance on behalf of the Mills Family <br /> to discuss their proposal to preserve open space land at Santuit Pond. <br /> It was noted the Bills Fancily previously submitted an application for CPA <br /> funding for appropriation at the October 2006 Town 1reeting. The CPQ. <br /> funding request is$'720,000 or$45,000 per acre. <br /> The application for CPA funding to be considered at the May 2007 Ton <br /> Meeting considers the purchase of approximately 16 acres for <br /> conservation purposes and to convey a perpetual conservation restriction <br /> (CR) on the lard acquired to either the Massachusetts Division o <br /> Fisheries and wildlife or the Orenda Wildlife Land Trust, Inc, or both. 1t <br /> was noted the MA Division of Fisheries and 'Midlife hold the CR on the <br /> abutting conservation land. <br /> The proposal also requests the exchange of five parcels owned by the <br /> Town, a total of 0.5 acres for approximately 0.51 acres of Mills Family <br /> lands. Undcr this proposal,the Town would acquire fee simple tale to <br /> approximately.16.5 acres of conservation land abutti <br />
