The project would prolong the life of the ten- <br /> year old courts used frequently by the schools.-and public. If these courts <br /> become unpla able,there would be no public courts available to Ma hpee <br /> residents.- <br /> Photographs <br /> esidents:Photographs of the aging courts were contained in the project application. <br /> It was noted that maintenance assumptions would be assumed by the <br /> School Department. Regular maintenance of the cracks would keep the <br /> courts playable and prevent water 'Infiltration <br /> COMMUNICATION AND CORRESPONDENCE. <br /> Mills Family.Lands—Santuit Pond: <br /> -!�� i••i iii iii iii iiii - ii�� <br /> Correspondence was received from Paula Goldberg,The Compact of Cape <br /> Cod Conservation.Trusts, Inc-. indicating the exchange of five of the <br /> Ton's in-parcels totaling 0.5 acres for approximately 0.51 acres owned <br /> by the Mills Family is not contingent on the application before the CPC <br /> Committee for the Mills Family Lards, approximately 16.5 acres at <br /> Santuit Pond. <br /> Discussion followed regarding the October 30, 2006 Selectmen's M etmg <br /> whereby the applicant discussed the proposed land exchange with the <br /> Board of Selectmen. <br /> It was agreed the hills Family would be requested to meet before the <br /> Committee to re-correct their presentation and to discuss the possibility of <br /> not exchanging the lana.
