Town Meeting: <br /> Gree Acres Expansion—Phase I <br /> Richard Halpern, Ed Larkin <br /> Mills Farml ands—Santit Fond <br /> Ed Larkin., Paula Peters <br /> Herit a Park EVansion—Phase II <br /> } Ralph Shaw,Beverly Kane, Evelyn Buschenfeldt <br /> Quashnet Tennis Court deconstruction <br /> Gus Frederick, Diane Rommelmeyer <br /> Liaison A$5,ig=ents Update: <br /> Projects approved at the October Zoo 'own Meeting were discussed. <br /> It was noted that Lee Gurney is the new contact for the One Room School <br /> houseproject. An-invoice was received from M.E. O'Brien regarding the <br /> Quashnet School playground. The matter of installation will be reviewed <br /> with the CFC liaisons and the School Department. Several invokes were <br /> received for Heritage Park phase I. The respective liaisons agreed to <br /> conduct a site visit to review work completed d t the Heritage Park facility. <br /> r <br /> Payment .e ui itions: <br /> In ars effort to timely respond and execute Future payment requisitions,the <br /> Cottee agreed that each respective liaison would be responsible to <br /> ensure work has been completed. Liaisons would execute heir respective <br /> requisitions and additional Committee members would be notified to <br /> obtain their signature. Five signatures are necessary to approve payment <br /> requisitions. A report would then be presented to the dull Committee at <br /> their next meeting. <br />
