Kane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> COMMILJNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> Use of Land BankFunds: <br /> Joyce Mason,the Town Manager was in attendance to inform the <br /> Committee that surplus funds from previously authorized Lank Band <br /> funds;the Peck property $41,926 and the 1lashpee Place land purchase <br /> $4,470.23 will be earmarked t the fund balance ofthe CPC. <br /> The Community Preservation Committee unanimously agreed to <br /> approve the Land Bank surplus funding disbursement in the amount <br /> of$46,396.23-as referenced. The sum of$6629 shall be appropriated <br /> to the CPC Fund Balance in 2010 over a seven year period. <br />
