West <br /> for the Sale of Land for Affordable Dousing referenced as Parcel 29, <br /> Map 1200 <br /> Motion seconded b Ms,Rommelmeyer, <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> Mr.Halpern abstained, <br /> Correspondence was received from the Building-Inspector dated <br /> December 8, 2008 regarding the subject property. It was disclosed the ~ <br /> subdivision of the land is legal, however,the lot; 11,642 squa're feet that <br /> was created by the owner is un-buildable. Current zoning requires a <br /> minimum of 40,000 square feet. <br /> In addition, the CPC requested a letter of support from Habitat for <br /> Humanity which was not obtained prior to deliberations. <br /> The Dacey e Proper.ties—Land Acquisition for Open Space Preservation- <br /> $5,619,300. <br /> Motion mach by Mr. Larkin to deny the application of The Dacey <br /> Properties for Land Acquisition for Open Space Preservation. <br /> Notion seconded by IVIS. l om metmeyer. <br /> VO'T'E: Unanimous. <br /> Financial constraints contributed to the CPC"s decision. <br /> Town of Mashpee Department of Public Works s-Route 130 Bikep th <br /> Extension: <br /> The above referenced application was previously withdrawn by the <br /> applicant as the project 1s not eligibl.e for CPA funding. <br /> i <br />
