Community Preservation Committee <br /> Minutes ' <br /> December 9, 2008 <br /> 1 Iay 2009 Annual Town Meetin2 Warrant-. <br /> It was agreed the CPC Committee would sponsor an article for the May <br /> 2009 Annual Town Meeting Warrant to fund $45,000 to the <br /> Administrative and Operating Expense Account of the Community <br /> Preservation Committee. <br /> Allocation of said funding would ensure adequate monies for engineering <br /> and incidental costs associated to the santuit Pond dam. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Liaison Assignments Update. <br /> MasheeVillage <br /> An invoice vas received from The Community Builders dated September <br /> 2 , 2008 for work done in accordance ith the renovation of the Mashpee <br /> Tillage, a$90,535 CPA project approved at the October 2007 Town <br /> fleeting. It was verified that all work was completed in accordance with <br /> CPA funding in support of community housing. <br /> Motion made by Mr. Larkin to approve the payment requisition to <br /> The Community Builders In the amount o $90,535 for the Mashpee <br /> Village recapitalization Project in accord with CPA funding in <br /> support for affordable community housing. <br /> Motion seconded by Ms. I ommelmeyer. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> The Mashpee Village Project is deemed complete. <br /> Heritage Park Expansion Project--Phase 11: <br /> Work is ongoing and near completion. <br /> Motion made y Ms. l ommelme er to approve the payment <br /> requisition associated to Heritage Park in the amount of$1190. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. Halpern. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> Work is associated to irrigation(Briggs Landscape)and dugouts <br /> (Botelho). <br />
