Mr. Ferry indicated he <br /> was also a representative of Mr. Peter White who was in attendance. A <br /> proposed article referenced as Addendum"1"was included in the <br /> correspondence disseminated to the Committee. <br /> The application before the Committee 'is a CPA funding resubmission <br /> request. Addendum`'I"as presented would allow for the purchase of 1 <br /> Parcels amounting to 38 acres for conservation and passive recreation <br /> purposes. The Addendum also appeared as a petition article on the May <br /> 2009 warrant. The total funding request of$5,619,300 includes <br /> appraisals, legal fees and recording fees. <br />
