Reserve Balances for MU 2010 Town Meeting: The 10%Reserve Balances available for appropriation at the May 2010 Town Meeting are as follows; Open Space- $301,074.63 Historical- $1769,324.63 Affordable Dousing- $301,074.63 Discussion of Articles: -- --- acey Properties: Richard Terry, Esq,, representative of the Dacey Properties distributed a memorandum to the Committee dated January 12, 2010 regarding his authorization to negotiate with the Town to enter into a Purchase and sale agreement with the referenced Dacey property. Mr. Ferry indicated he was also a representative of Mr. Peter White who was in attendance. A proposed article referenced as Addendum"1"was included in the correspondence disseminated to the Committee. The application before the Committee 'is a CPA funding resubmission request. Addendum`'I"as presented would allow for the purchase of 1 Parcels amounting to 38 acres for conservation and passive recreation purposes. The Addendum also appeared as a petition article on the May 2009 warrant. The total funding request of$5,619,300 includes appraisals, legal fees and recording fees.
