-conunu ity Preservation Act Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> September 21, 10 t <br /> MAI S ION ASSIGNMENTS UPDATE: <br /> Habitat forani $75,000 <br /> 'Me Committee reviewed the payment requisition regarding Habitat for <br /> Humanity as it relates to the construction of three hones located at 67 Fox <br /> Hill Road, 38 Timberland eve and 19 Lakewood eve. <br /> Motion made by Mr.Lard to approve the payment warrant to <br /> Habitat for Humanity 'n the amount o $24,708.94. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. Halpern. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 7-0. <br /> Roll Call vote: <br /> Mr. Taylor,yes Mr. Halpern,yes <br /> F <br /> Mr.Larkin,yes Mr. Shaw,yes <br /> Mrs.Buschenfeldt,yes Mr. Lord,yes <br /> Ms,wayan,yes Opposed, none <br /> Mills ands at&antuit Fond: $670,000 <br /> Mashpee has not received reimbursement from the Town of Barnstable for <br /> their share of the Mills Faanily Lands at San uit Pond. It was noted there <br /> was a minor technicality and the Town of Barnstable is seeking legislative <br /> approval for the $150,000 CPA contribution. <br /> St. Vincent's Property: <br /> Tree work has begun at the"Pickerel Cove Recreation Area". The 78.67 <br /> acre property was purchased by the Town is May of 2008. The CPA <br /> contributed$500,000 toward the open space project. <br /> Town Clerk—Vital Records Project— $345,785 <br /> The preservation of vital records,-a CPA funded project approved by the <br /> voters at the October 2009 Town Meeting is deemed complete. <br />
