7 <br /> Community Preservation Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> January 3, 20.12 <br /> Deliberations of Projects considered for the S lav 2012 Town Met : <br /> Deliberations continued with respect to the application of'the Mashpee Housirg <br /> Authority for the Housing Assistance Proms. <br /> Motion made by Mr.Larkin to approve and recommend to the May 2012 <br /> Town Meeting, the Housing Assistance Program submitted by the Mashpee <br /> Dousing Authority for$300,000,to be distributed as follows: $100,000 per <br /> year over r.t ra-year period. The CPA-award.is-contingent upon a periodic <br /> six month review. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. O'Hara. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 7-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr. Halpern,yes Mr. O'Hara,yes <br /> Mr. Larkin,yes Ralph Shaw,yes <br /> Ms. Waygan,yes Mr. Lord,yes <br /> 1r. Kaplan,yes opposed, none. <br /> The Cormmunity Preservation Committee took action on the request of habitat for <br /> HgMam of Cqpe Cod for CPA funding to assist with the construction of two. <br /> affordable hones. <br /> Motion made by Mr. Lord to approve and recommend to the May 2012 <br /> Town Meeting,the application of Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod for the <br /> development of 2 homes at#6 and 9 Park Place Way,Mashpee in the <br /> amount o $70,000,135,000 per home. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. o' ara. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 7-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr. Halpern,yes Mr. O'Hara,yes <br /> Mr.Larkin,yes Ralph Shaw,yes <br /> Ms.wayan yes Mr. Lord,yes <br /> Mr. Kaplan,yes opposed,none <br />
